Who Is Newcastle Family Connection?

We a not-for-profit charitable organization that has proudly provided affordable recreational dance programming to the Clarington community for over 30 years. In 2027, NFC proudly celebrates 35 years of creating opportunities for children, youth, and adults to learn, grow, and belong through dance. Guided by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, NFC is committed to fostering confidence, creativity, and community through inclusive recreational programming.

We believe dance should be accessible to everyone. That’s why our season fees are designed to be simple and all-inclusive, with no hidden costume or photo costs later in the year. Costume rentals, a professional photo page, and one recital ticket per registered class are included with registration. Discounts are also available for families and dancers enrolled in multiple classes.

Our 2026 - 2027 dance season runs from September through the end of April and concludes with our exciting year-end recital weekend, featuring a Friday evening show April 23 and a Saturday morning performance April 24, where dancers have the opportunity to shine on stage and celebrate all they’ve accomplished throughout the season.
